A two-hour hands-on session for people who keep hearing about AI and haven't really tried it yet. No laptop, nothing to install, no jargon. Bring your phone and leave knowing how to use AI for everyday work: writing messages, understanding documents, getting answers in plain language. Suitable for people above the age of 40.
