How to play
Four things happen on a turn. Three of them can end it.
01
Spin
Your turn starts at the wheel. Whatever it lands on is what a letter is worth.
Two wedges in sixteen are BANKRUPT: this puzzle's bank goes to zero.
02
Call a letter
A consonant, once you have spun. The board turns over every tile it appears on.
Pays the wedge for each appearance. A miss passes the turn on.
03
Buy a vowel
No spin needed, and it never passes the turn, but it is never free.
250 out of this puzzle's bank. You need 250 in it to buy.
04
Solve
Say the whole phrase. Spacing and punctuation do not matter; letters do.
The bank becomes your score. Get it wrong and the turn passes.
Money is only yours once you have solved a puzzle with it. Everything in the bank when somebody else solves, or when you hit BANKRUPT, is gone. That is the whole game.
